Provided is a program conversion device that can improve the processing capability of a system by using, to the maximum extent, the resources of the processors of the system. The program conversion device is provided with: a specific processing determining means for determining, for specific processing, the scope of a partial program within a program to be converted that includes a first execution-scheme specifying program that runs using a first ratio for the ratio of use of a first usage amount of a first resource of a first processor and a second usage amount of a second resource of a second processor; and a processing converting means for converting the partial program into a second execution-scheme specifying program that runs using a second ratio that is different from the first ratio for the ratio of use. |
