<p>The present invention is an exercise device (1) to be used when a user (U) is exercising the body and is provided with a movable part that is moved as a result of the user (U) applying a force, multiple elastic bodies for generating a resistance force in said exercise as a result of being stretched when the movable part is moved, and multiple elastic body-switching parts provided in a one-to-one correspondence with each of the multiple elastic bodies. For each of the multiple elastic bodies, one end is fixed to the movable part and the other end is fixed to a site other than the movable part, and one or the other end is fixed so as to be releasable. Each of the multiple elastic body-switching parts is configured so as to switch between releasing the fixation of the end or not according to whether or not a pin is inserted, by a single sliding motion of the pin, into a hole provided at the releasable end of the elastic body.</p> |
