PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a network quality state and appropriately detect only a quality deterioration flow, without performing state management of a whole flow of a network and without placing a load on the network or a measurement device.SOLUTION: When a flow key (k) (flow ID or {srcIP#i, dstIP#i, srcPort#i, dstPort#i, protocol#i}) and delay time (u) as a value related to flow quality arrive, a flow communication quality deterioration detection device registers a set {k,u} of the flow key (k) and the value (u) related to the flow quality to a hash table; acquires delay time v_a(t+1) of a flow a at time point (t+1) after predetermined time has passed; calculates average delay time Aavg_a(t) until a time point t; calculates a difference between the delay time v_a(t+1) of the flow a and the average delay time Aavg_a(t); and detects a quality deterioration candidate when the difference exceeds a predetermined threshold. |
