The present invention relates to an organic electronic device, a manufacturing method of the organic electronic device and a lighting. In the present invention, the organic electronic device is provided which has a structure of connecting an encapsulation layer protecting a device and the device electrically. The encapsulation layer can be connected to an external power source, and can emit heat generated from the device to the outside effectively by showing proper thermal conductivity characteristics in case of necessity. The organic electronic device of the present invention can have more excellent reliability than the previous one, and can be manufactured by a simple process.
