<p>An electrode and a wire are installed on an FPC board without the limit of a screw hole according to the present invention. In a probe card, the FPC board of a probe assembly is fixed to a main board by a clamping device. The clamping device is fixed to the main board and includes a fixed ring on which the FPC board is mounted and a rotary ring which is inserted into the fixed ring and pressurizes the edge of the FPC board. The fixed ring includes a pressurizing ring which pressurizes the edge of the FPC board to the main board by the insertion of the rotary ring.</p> |
