The present invention relates to a natural sleep promoting drink including a banana peel and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a natural sleep promoting drink manufactured by fermenting a banana peel with persimmon vinegar and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides a natural sleep promoting drink including 10-20 wt% of a banana peel, 10 wt% of lotus leaf powder, 10-20 wt% of a spinosus fruit, 10-20 wt% of lotus seeds, 10 wt% of Japanese apricots, 5 wt% of cinnamon, and 5-10 wt% of bee honey. According to the present invention, the natural sleep promoting drink includes useful components of a banana peel and helps a sleep promoting action so that anyone can easily enjoys. |
