PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately invert upper and lower sides of a processing material which is carried by a simple mechanism, in inverting the upper and lower sides of the processing material carried within a heating furnace.SOLUTION: An inversion member 40 for inverting a processing material W by making a holding part 41 having an opening 41a to form a groove shape hold the processing material W is mounted to rotate about a rotation fulcrum 22 in an upper part of a support column 20 vertically moving within a heating furnace 10 by a lifting/lowering device 30, and the vertical movement of the support column by the lifting/lowering device is controlled by a control device 31. While the inversion member is supported by a support member 42, the inversion member in which the processing material is held within the holding part is rotated about the rotation fulcrum by the vertical movement of the support column, so as to invert upper and lower sides of the carried processing material. |
