PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste plastic liquefaction device capable of easily discharging a residue.SOLUTION: A waste plastic liquefaction device includes: a dissolution evaporation tank 7 to which waste plastic 43 and a gasification catalyst 44 are supplied; a heating medium tank 6 surrounding the dissolution evaporation tank 7; a heating furnace 2; an agitation device 8 turning an agitation part 38 inserted in the dissolution evaporation tank 7; and a cracked product producing device 4 cooling a gas occurring in the dissolution evaporation tank 7 to liquefy it. The lower end of the dissolution evaporation tank 7 includes a tapering slant wall 32 gradually reduced in inside diameter downward and a cylinder 34 extended downward to be connected to a residue hopper 9 via a switch valve 35. The agitation part 38 includes a screw 53 collaborating with the cylinder 34 to constitute a screw conveyer 63. When a residue is discharged from the dissolution evaporation tank 7, the screw 53 turned in the reverse direction to the rotation direction in a gasification operation. |
