PURPOSE: A stereoscopic perception controlling method, a controlling device thereof and a 3d video encoding device and 3d terminal using the same are provided to automatically monitor stereoscopic perception through data related to disparity. CONSTITUTION: A disparity calculation unit(210) generates disparity of the 3D image by using a left image and a right image which is an element of a 3D image. A disparity determining unit(220) determines whether the disparity is within a preset section. According to the determining result, a disparity adjusting unit(230) controls the size of the disparity. |
