The present invention relates to an aminoalkyl-bis-phosphonic acid derivative. The aminoalkyl-bis-phosphonic acid derivative has high flame retardancy and excellent affinity to heat resistant material by introducing a hydroxyl group and nitrogen which is a hetero atom to a phosphorous-based compound for synthesizing an eco-friendly heat-stable compound not containing halogen atoms.
