A LED lamp having waterproof property is disclosed. The lamp comprises: a pair of socket units; a cap of an elastic material; a heat-dissipating unit; and a diffusion tube, wherein both ends of the diffusion tube form a closed path comprising a heat-dissipating path and a hollow coupling member by coupling the coupling member formed with a hollow space therein to both ends of the heat-dissipating path from the socket units in a state in which each of the both ends of the diffusion tube is inserted into the inside of the cap accommodated in an accommodation part of the socket unit.
