PURPOSE: A side rail for a bed is provided to form a side wall on the upper side of the bed and to improve convenience or guard function. CONSTITUTION: A side rail for a bed comprises: a side rail board(100); a guide device which guides the side rail board when vertically moving the side rail board; and a latching device which is fixed when upwardly moving the side rail board. The guide device comprises: a housing which is hinge-coupled to the side rail board by a first hinge pin at one side; a hinge bar which is hinge-coupled at the side rail board by a second hinge pin; and a bracket which is hinge-coupled by a fourth hinge pin. |
