The invention relates to a method for making a fermented milk product, which provides for accepting raw material, normalizing, pasteurizing, homogenizing, adding a starter culture and ripening, mixing, cooling and packing the product. Polydextrose is as dried powder in an amount of 2-3 % of the weight of the ready product are added into the normalized milk prior to pasteurizing thereof. |
