PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of black stripe failure caused by vertical weld lines of a band.SOLUTION: An endless band 10 is constituted to have a wide width by vertical weld lines 13. A pressure-sensitive film 20 is inserted between the endless band 10 and a drum 16, to calculate contact pressure distribution between them. Based on the contact pressure distribution, a peak is calculated, and when the peak is within a fixed range, the endless band 10 is rated as appropriate for a solution film-forming facility. By using the endless band 10 rated as appropriate, solution film-forming is performed. Contact pressure of the endless band 10 caused by the vertical weld lines 13 is within the fixed range, and temperature unevenness in the endless band 10 can be eliminated. Elimination of the temperature unevenness eliminates unevenness of film thickness caused by the temperature unevenness, so as to eliminate black stripe failure. |
