PURPOSE: A waiting time display device of a walk signal lighting for a pedestrian operation signal device prevents the failure of an operation button by easily checking whether the pedestrian operation signal device is operating normally or not. CONSTITUTION: A pedestrian operation signal device (10) includes an operation button. Multiple traffic signal controllers (20) include a first communication unit, successively control a traffic signal light and a pedestrian signal light, and receive a push signal for the operation button of the operation signal device. A central controller (30) includes a second communication unit communicating with the traffic signal controller, recognizes the push signal of the operation button, and transmits a determined point of lighting of a green lamp and time information for the wait time until the green lamp is turned on to the traffic signal controller after determining the point of lighting of the green lamp of the pedestrian signal light to connect the adjacent traffic signal controller and signal lighting.
