PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of reducing a construction cost and oscillation transmitted from an outside.SOLUTION: A building 1 has a building natural frequency adjustment space (a building natural frequency adjustment underground pit 2) to enable a building natural frequency to be changeable by increasing or decreasing an amount of an object to be stored in the building natural frequency adjustment space. The amount of the object which enables the building to have the least oscillation level is obtained by measuring oscillations of the building every time the amount of the object (a weight 4) stored in the building natural frequency adjustment space is changed after construction of the building. Thus, the building achieves a reduction in the oscillation transmitted from an outside thereof with the amount of the object, which enables the building to have the least oscillation level, stored in the building natural frequency adjustment space. |
