摘要 PURPOSE: An electrode paste composition is provided to increase electrode efficiency by improving series resistance and shunt resistance by decreasing contraction ratio and increasing aspect ratio (line height/line width). CONSTITUTION: An electrode paste composition comprises 50.0-90.0 wt% of a conductive filler, 5.0-20.0 wt% of an inorganic binder, 0.5-20.0 wt% of an organic binder, and 4.5-20.0 wt% of an inorganic solvent. The conductive filler includes 10.0-70.0 wt% of an oxide powder; 30.0-90.0 wt% of a metal powder coated on the oxide powder. The oxide powder is selected from B2O3, ZnO, SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Bi2O3, PbO, Na2O, CeO2, Cu2O, Ba2O3, MgO2, Cr2O3, CoO2 and Fe2O.
