The described device is composed of six parts. Inside the closed-welded frame on four legs are two tensioning device (3) which are mutually perpendicular to each other in two axes x and y. These allow you to adjust the tension forces F1 = F2 = 0-15 000N. Against each tensioning device (3) is placed strain gauge sensor (4), allowing you to shoot tensioning force. Tension devices (3) and strain gauge sensors (4), at the side on the sample (6) finished adjustable clamping jaw (5).
