PURPOSE: A grouting pad form and a grouting pad construction method using the same are provided to increase a contact ratio between a base steel plate and a grouting pad by effectively removing air bubbles in between the base steel plate and grouting pad. CONSTITUTION: A grouting pad construction method using grouting pad form comprises the following steps: installing a form in order to construct a grouting pad in a base and fixing a base steel plate (2) to the form; injecting grout into an inlet (60) to fill an outlet (70) and curing; partitioning the grout by closely attaching a partition member to the base steel plate in the inlet and outlet side; and removing the grout between an injection plate member (30) and the partition member, a discharge plate member (40) and the partition member. |
