Provided is a coated metal plate for vehicles which exhibits excellent resistance weldability, corrosion resistance, and moldability. The present invention is a coated metal plate for vehicles which includes a metal plate, and a coating film (a) provided on at least one surface of the metal plate. The coating film (a) includes: (A) an organic resin; (B) non-oxide ceramic particles of at least one kind selected from boride, carbide, nitride, and silicide, said non-oxide ceramic particles having an electrical resistivity at 25°C in the range of 0.1×10-6 to 185×10-6Ocm; and (C) a rust-preventing pigment.
