PURPOSE: A tray device for packing a component is provided to safely and easily pile the trays up and down, back and forth, and left and right. CONSTITUTION: A tray device for packing a component includes a tray(10), a frame(30), and a frame connecting pad. The tray is formed with a plastic resin, and has a lower plate and side plates vertically connected to be erected on both sides of the lower plate. The plates respectively have multiple slots for housing unit components. The frame has a pair of frame protrusions(31,31') and a pair of frame holes which support and maintain the trays piled up and down, back and forth, and left and right. The frame connecting pad has four holes for maintaining the piled trays with connecting the four frame protrusion. A side plate locking unit maintains the side plates vertically erected on the both sides of the lower plate. Two or three side locking units are formed along contact surfaces among the lower plate and the side plates at regular distances. The frame and the frame connecting pad are formed with the plastic resin. |
