In the method according to the invention an ex vivo malignant tumour tissue sample is cleaned, comminuted, suspended in culture medium, subjected to a treatment with collagenase and the collagenase decomposition product is centrifuged. The pellet obtained is re-suspended in culture medium by means of an absorption instrument, is absorbed and returned several times and transferred to a culture vessel. The re-suspension thus obtained is analysed under a microscope with phase optics for cell aggregates, which, due to the phenotypic appearance thereof, are identifiable as an aggregate of malignant cells or as an aggregate of endothelial cells or as an aggregate of fibroblasts, and the identified cell aggregates are separated. |
