<p>Disclosed are a roaming communication method and system for an MTC device. The method comprises: an MTC external interface function entity of a visited network receiving first communication data which is sent to an MTC server by an MTC device (S602); according to registration information about the MTC device, the MTC external interface function entity of the visited network determining an MTC external interface function entity of a home network of the MTC device (S604); and the MTC external interface function entity of the visited network routing the first communication data to the MTC server through the MTC external interface function entity (S606). According to the technical solution provided in the present invention, the support to the roaming communication of the MTC device can be realized, the external interface security of the MTC device communication is ensured, and the load balance effect of the MTC communication in a 3GPP network is improved.</p> |
