PURPOSE: A minute wire separation-supply device is provided to rapidly supply a minute wire having a subminiature diameter with an automated mode. CONSTITUTION: A minute wire separation-supply device includes a rotation-driving unit (160), a wire supply unit (110), and a negative pressure generating unit (180). The wire is adsorbed on the wire supply unit via a wire receiving groove in which negative pressure is generated. The wire supply unit separates the adsorbed wire after being rotated by the rotation-driving unit and takes out the wire. The negative pressure generating unit provides the negative pressure necessary in the wire receiving groove. The wire supply unit includes a hollow rotary shaft (120) and a rotary shaft housing unit (140). One side of the hollow rotary shaft is connected to a driving shaft (163) of the rotation-driving unit and rotated. The other side of the hollow rotary shaft is connected to the negative pressure generating unit so that the negative pressure is generated along an internal hollow portion of the hollow rotary shaft.
