FIELD: packing industry.SUBSTANCE: packaging container in the form of a box with a cover comprises hollow containers, including casings, covers, sealing rings and compensators, a rigid gasket and location beds for fixation of containers. Containers are made as separate for each cartridge. Their casings and covers are moulded from plastic and are connected to each other by means of cover screwing onto the casing. Location beds for fixation of containers are formed by plates made along the contour of the inner surface of the box formed by its walls, and equipped with holes, where casings of containers are arranged as protruding from them. The lower location bed is installed along the contour onto a circular ledge made in the box adjacent to its bottom and walls and having height, which is equal or slightly higher than the height of the container covers. Subsequent location beds are installed with a stop against the covers of containers arranged in the previous location beds, Openings in the neighbouring location beds are arranged relative to each other in staggered order. The rigid gasket is installed onto container covers arranged in the upper location bed and is pressed to them with the box cover via an elastic gasket.EFFECT: simplified structure and improved manufacturability of container production.2 cl, 2 dwg |
