<p>The device has a sliding pivot (8) receiving a locking system (12) that is irreversible when the device is in a selected position. An intermediate stringer (2) receives another sliding pivot (7). The latter sliding pivot receives an upper brace (4) and a lower brace (5). The locking system is unbolted at time of voluntary action of a user. An upper stringer (1) and the intermediate stringer are arranged continuously over entire length of a railing. A railing rising adaptation mechanism allows adaptation of length of the railing independent of the upper and lower braces.</p> |
