PURPOSE: A composition for the thermoplastic paint film exfoliation is provided to remove a paint film consisting of thermoplastic polymer, to be able to recycle the material with the paint film removed, and, therefore, to show an environment-friendly effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for the thermoplastic paint film exfoliation comprises potassium hydroxide, an alcohol mixture and an organic solvent. The composition for the thermoplastic paint film exfoliation comprises 100 parts by weight of potassium hydroxide, 60-80 parts by weight of the alcohol mixture, and 15-25 parts by weight of the organic solvent. The alcohol mixture comprises 45-55 parts by weight of diethylene glycol, and 15-25 parts by weight of benzyl alcohol. The composition for the thermoplastic paint film exfoliation further includes 0.1-2 parts by weight of a surfactant to 100 parts by weight of potassium hydroxide. The surfactant comprises an anionic surfactant or a non-ionic surfactant. |
