PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system stabilization control system for stabilizing a power system which implements stabilization control effective to an nth-wave step-out phenomenon.SOLUTION: When the least square method is applied to pieces of information on generator output and generator phase angle calculated with the use of data acquired from a power system to estimate a power-phase difference angle curve, the value of a weighting factor given to less reliable data is reduced. Acceleration energy (V) and deceleration energy (V) are calculated from the estimated power-phase difference angle curve (P-δ curve). A stability determination is made on the basis of a magnitude comparison between the calculated acceleration energy and deceleration energy. On the basis of the result of stability determination, a power supply from a power plant is controlled. |
