The pyramid has angles (4) and bars (1-3) delimiting horizontal polygon of lift and defining a vertical plane on which axes of wind turbines are fixed. The angles are connected together by an oblique bar (11) that locks the pyramid, where the pyramid becomes a perfectly triangulated and non-deformable space structure. Floats rest at surface of sea, where the floats are connected to a base of the pyramid by vertical bars. The floats follow movements of the sea and prevent vertical reactions to be transmitted to the pyramid.
