PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit board that prevents false recognition due to non-input of a light signal without separately providing an input pin of a reception LSI.SOLUTION: A wiring circuit board includes: a substrate 20 having a ground layer 16 connected to the ground and a power-supply layer 17 connected to a power supply therein; first signal wiring 11 mounted on a surface of the substrate 20 and connected to an optical module; second signal wiring mounted on the same layer as the first signal wiring 11 on the surface of the substrate and connected to a signal processor; a capacitor 15 disposed on the surface of the substrate 20 opposite to the surface on which the first signal wiring and the second signal wiring are mounted; a first through hole 13 provided in the substrate 20 and connecting the first signal wiring 11 and one side of the capacitor 15; and a second through hole 14 provided in the substrate 20 and connecting the second signal wiring 12 and the other side of the capacitor 15. |
