PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to implement the adhesion of plating and excellent etching ability. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition contains a polycarbonate resin, a graft copolymer obtained by grafting a vinyl aromatic compound and a vinyl cyanide compound to a conjugated diene based rubberlike polymer, and a copolymer of the vinyl aromatic compound and the vinyl cyanide compound. The copolymer of the vinyl aromatic compound and the vinyl cyanide compound include 18-22wt% of recurring unit induced from the vinyl cyanide compound for the total amount of the copolymer.
