PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pan container 1 from being tilted accidentally in a tilting cooking pan which tilts the pan container by turning a pan tilting handle.SOLUTION: In the tilting cooking pan, a shaft 3 connecting worm gears 4 and 5 is rotated by turning a handle 2, and a rotational force of the handle 2 is transmitted to the pan container through the worm gears 4 and 5 so as to tilt the pan container. The tilting cooking pan includes a stopper pin reciprocated along with turning of the handle, a stopper hole provided in a position where the stopper pin is allowed to be inserted only when the handle is in a neutral position relative to the shaft, a stopper device for locking the rotation of the shaft by inserting the stopper pin into the stopper hole, and a coupling member for connecting between the handle and the shaft so that the handle is out of the neutral position relative to the shaft when the handle is turned but the handle returns to the neutral position to the shaft when hands are removed from the handle. |
