PRIMERS FOR DISTINGUISHMENT OF PULSATILLA SPECIES AND METHOD OF DISTINGUISHMENT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A primer for analyzing Pulsatilla genus is provided to accurately analyze plant samples and to amplify internal transcribed spacers (ITS) region of Pulsatilla tongkangensis. CONSTITUTION: A base sequence of sequence number 1 is used as a forward primer when performing PCR of total ITS region or a part of the ITS region. A base sequence of sequence number 2 is used as a reverse primer when PCR of total ITS region or a part of the ITS region are performed. A method for distinguishing Pulsatilla genus comprises the steps of: performing PCR to obtain total sequence or a part of sequence of rDNA ITS region in Pulsatilla genus; comparing acquired total sequence or a part of sequence of rDNA ITS region with pre-acquired total sequence or a part of sequence of rDNA ITS region; and checking whether each part has the same base sequence.
