<p>Provided are a mobile load balancing method and an access network device, being applied in the technical field of communications. The mobile load balancing method includes: in the embodiments of the present invention, an access network device acquiring actual service occupation resources of an operator and preset service occupation resources of the operator in a cell controlled by a base station and determining whether or not to perform mobile load balancing (MLB) on user equipment served by the operator according to the acquired actual service occupation resources and preset service occupation resources, so as to realize mobile load balancing.</p> |
