PURPOSE: A food composition including milk or fermented milk containing ginseng, casein phosphopeptide-H, and beta casein-H is provided to offer the soft taste of the composition, and to improve the absorption rate to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A food composition contains the following; more than one component selected from the group consisting of garlic, black garlic, onion, ginseng, and red ginseng; casein phosphopeptide-H or beta casein-H; milk containing the beta casein-H, or fermented milk obtained by fermenting the milk containing the beta casein-H; a component selected from casein phosphopeptide, casein, regular milk, and regular fermented milk; and an element selected from the group consisting of calcium, magnesium, selenium, iron, phosphorus, iodine, zinc, potassium, and cobalt. |
