THE METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FLEXIBLE DISPLAY SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a flexible display substrate is provided to ensure superior optical characteristics and thermal stability of the substrate by densely permeating a composition for forming a resin layer into pores in a glass fiber sheet. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a flexible display substrate includes the following steps of: implementing a vacuum impregnating process by impregnating a glass fiber sheet into a composition for forming a resin layer under a 0.1-0.9 bar vacuum degree; and UV curing by irradiating the glass fiber sheet with ultraviolet rays. The vacuum impregnating process is implemented under the temperature of 40-80°C. The composition for forming a resin layer includes acrylic monomer, cyclic olefinic monomer, fluorine-based monomer, and a photo initiator. The composition includes 15-150 parts by weight of a cyclic olefinic monomer and 25-400 parts by weight of a fluorine-based monomer per 100.0 of acrylic monomer.
