<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film structure, which attains fireproofing while effectively exerting water-absorbing and water-retaining function or heat-insulating function by a porous structure using silas balloon. <P>SOLUTION: An inorganic powder obtained by adding a powder of cement or plaster to silas balloon in which the dispersion of particle size is limited below 50 μm and a solution of an inorganic-organic hybrid resin serving as a binder of the inorganic powder are blended as main components to form a coating film. According to this, the film thickness is secured by the silas balloon with a uniformed particle size to effectively exert the water-absorbing and water-retaining function or heat-insulating function, while the fireproofing of the coating film can be attained by the synergic action of the cement or plaster and the inorganic-organic hybrid resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
