PURPOSE: An elastic bar for firmly fixing on a road is provided to maintain an elastic bar to firmly fix on a road in continuous use by enhancing the road joint force of a support part. CONSTITUTION: An elastic bar for firmly fixing on a road comprises a plate-shaped support part(110), a main body(120), a ring-shaped fixing member(140), and a joint member(130). The main body is formed to be upwardly extended from the support part. The fixing member is accepted in the sinking part of the support part. The main body is arranged to partly surround the main body on the support part. The joint member is joined to a road surface by passing through the joint hole of the fixing member and joint hole of the support part in order to fix the support part to the road surface.
