<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record incidental data for music without disturbing the concentration of a user to driving and to enable the user to easily recognize whether what kind of music the recorded incidental data contain. <P>SOLUTION: While a user travels his/her own vehicle, a control section 45 automatically records in a recording device 37 received tag data, place related data which are data relating to a place which becomes a standard indicating a traveling position of user's own vehicle while music corresponding to the tag data is played, and time related data which are data relating to a time or time zone in which the music corresponding to the tag data are being played.
