PURPOSE: A foldable step device is provided to mount a locking bracket assembly to the front end outer side of an outer fixing guide bar and to support an inner side slide bar by fixing and releasing the same. CONSTITUTION: A locking bracket assembly of a folding deployable step device interposes a coil spring at the rear direction of a ball block(90) and screw-connects a bolt block(95). A bracket main body integrally forms a cylinder and maintains a plurality of mounting holes to the outside of the cylinder in a constant interval. The cylinder includes a protrusion at the front end of inner circumference and includes a screw unit at the rear end of the inner circumference. The ball block is inserted in order that a dome shape insertion and separation opening is exposed to the outside through an insertion and separation hole inside the cylinder.
