<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar cell module and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The thin-film solar cell module includes: a substrate; a plurality of cells each including a first electrode which is formed on an upper part of the substrate and is in contact with the substrate, a second electrode which is formed on the upper part of the first electrode so as to be separated from the first electrode, and a photoelectric conversion unit formed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a ribbon arranged on an upper part of an outermost cell among the plurality of cells; and a conductive adhesive portion which is formed between the outermost cell and the ribbon, and connects the outermost cells and the ribbon with each other. The conductive adhesive portion which is placed between the second electrode of a first outermost cell and the ribbon includes a first connection portion which is electrically connected to the first electrode, the photoelectric conversion portion and the second electrode included in the first outermost cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
