<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in the cost of a game machine in addition to reduction in control at a normal time and the securement of a backup function at a blackout time of the game machine including a game controller for transmitting prize ball number data with winning in a winning port as a condition and a paying-out controller for paying out a predetermined number of game balls based on the prize ball number data. <P>SOLUTION: The paying-out controller 200 includes a blackout processing means for transmitting non-paying out number data of a non-paying out number storage means to the game controller 100 based on the reception of a first blackout detection signal. The game controller 100 is operable to a third predetermined time from a decrease down to a second voltage, stores the non-paying out number data into a backup storage means before the termination of the third predetermined time based on the reception of the non-paying out number data from the paying-out controller 200, and performs the backup processing of own data.
