<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an object to be measured, after the object is identified, by a method matching the type of the object. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus for measuring the state of an object merchandise on the basis of the result of photographing the merchandise comprises a code reader 11 that inputs merchandise information to identify the merchandise; a hyper-spectral camera 12 that measures the merchandise; characteristics information generators 32, 34 and 35 that analyze spectral information, which is the result of measurement by the hyper-spectral camera 12, and generate characteristics information including information representing the state of the merchandise according to the result of analysis and the merchandise information; and a display unit 15 that displays the characteristics information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
