PURPOSE: A cell process and cell application system for mitigation or a treatment of skin defect is provided to apply or process cells conveniently in a short term by spraying a skin cell group to the skin defect. CONSTITUTION: A cell process for mitigation or a treatment of skin defect comprises: a body(100); a pulverizing unit(200) pulverizing predetermined corresponding tissue accommodated into a pulverizing tube with a bead or pulverizing; an acquisition unit(300) obtaining a skin cell group from the tissue-pulverized material; and a spray unit(400) prepared in the body, and spraying the obtained skin cell group to the cell process corresponding area.
