PURPOSE: A hand and robot are provided to preventing deterioration of a fork under a high temperature environment by increasing heat resistance of the fork. CONSTITUTION: A hand comprises a fork(150). The fork includes a substrate and is formed by fiber reinforced plastics. The external angle of the fork is classified into two layers of a CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) layer(150a) and a polyimide coating layer(150b). The CFRP layer is formed by laminating carbon fiber reinforced plastics. The polyimide coating layer is formed by coating polyimide on outer circumference of the fork.
