发明名称 APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING PARTICLES USING SWIRL FLOW OF HIGH PRESSURE STATE
摘要 PURPOSE: A particle separating apparatus using a rotational flow in a high pressure state is provided to form the cross sectional area of an inlet communicating with a mixed gas inlet pipe to be identical or similar to that of the upper portion of a main pipe, thereby implementing particle separation with minimizing transfer pressure loss for a mixed gas transferred. CONSTITUTION: A particle separating apparatus(10) includes a conical part(21), an inlet(22), a narrow inner diameter part(23), a rotational induction core(30), a gas outlet(40), and an outlet valve(50). The conical part formed at the lower end of a main pipe which is a vertical pipe. The upper portion of the conical part is wide, and the lower portion is narrow. The inlet, which is biased outside from the axis of the main pipe, is formed on the side of the closed upper end of the main pipe so that a mixed gas is rotated along the inner wall of the main pipe, and then flows in the inlet. The narrow inner diameter part is formed at the middle portion of the main pipe. The narrow inner diameter part protrudes from the inner circumferential surface of the main pipe, and is formed into a ring shape around the axis of the main pipe so that the inner diameter of the main pipe as a flow path is varied. The rotational induction core induces the mixed gas, which flows in the rod body longitudinally protrusive from the upper end side inside the main pipe, to be rotated. The gas outlet is placed at the center of the main pipe. The gas from which solid particles are separated is discharged through the gas outlet of which the entrance(41) is placed in the section of the narrow inner diameter part. The outlet valve mounted on the lower end of the conical part is opened or closed. The cross sectional area of the inlet and that of the upper portion of the main pipe are formed at a ratio of 1:1 to 3. The entrance is placed between the curved portion and the curve starting portion of the narrow inner diameter part. The curve starting portion is placed on the side of the inlet. A particle discharge preventing member is formed in the narrow inner diameter part. The upper portion of the particle discharge preventing member is narrow, and the lower portion is wide. The particle discharge preventing member prevents the solid particles separated by centrifugal force from flowing in the entrance, and converts the rotational direction of the gas into the upper direction inside the main pipe.
