The switching device has a drive shaft and an output shaft that are rotatably moved between ON and OFF positions. The output shaft is connected to electric switch. A mechanical force mechanism (11) is clamped with drive shaft until the drive shaft reaches intermediate position. A driven carriage (D) is connected with ring gear (AZ) by a hinge joint (G) so that the driven carriage drives ring gear by tensioning force mechanism using drive shaft. The diameter of ring gears (AZ,IZ) are selected so that linear movement of carriage is transferred into transverse movement.
