PURPOSE: A driver circuit of an organic electro-luminescence display device is provided to improve a luminescent operating speed of a corresponding luminescent body by reducing a rising time of the corresponding luminescent body. CONSTITUTION: A scan driver is formed with a scan voltage portion(21) for applying 0 Volt to scan lines for displaying images and a supply voltage to the remaining scan lines, a standby scan voltage portion(24) for applying a standby voltage during a blanking period, a multiplexer(25) for outputting one of operation standby voltages to corresponding scan lines, and a scan voltage control portion(26) for controlling a voltage selection operation of the multiplexer(25). A data driver is formed with a data voltage portion for applying the supply voltage to data lines for displaying images and 0 Volt to the remaining data lines, a standby data voltage portion for applying the standby voltage to plural data lines during the blanking period, a multiplexer for outputting selectively one of the voltage of the data voltage portion and the voltage of the standby data voltage portion to a corresponding data line, and a data voltage control portion for controlling the voltage selection operation of the multiplexer.
