PURPOSE: A hinge and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance productivity by simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing production costs and to strengthen durability by reinforcing a support by a door frame regardless of the load of the door frame. CONSTITUTION: A hinge(30) comprises a shaft connection pipe, a resin cover(14), and a latching protrusion(16). The shaft connection pipe is individually formed in a door fixing plate(18) and a door frame fixing plate(20) and comprises a plurality of hanger pieces. The resin cover is coated on each shaft connection pipe of the door fixing plate and the door frame fixing plate. The resin cover includes a shaft hole(14a) in which a shaft seal(22) is inserted. The latching protrusion is integrated in one side of each resin cover of the door fixing plate and the door frame fixing plate. |
