PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily receive communication services corresponding to user's preference.

SOLUTION: An information processor 200 comprises: a determination unit 240; and a control unit 250. The determination unit 240 determines whether a wireless communication device satisfies predetermined conditions for performing communication processing with an information processing system related to a service provider. When the wireless communication device satisfies the predetermined conditions, the control unit 250 sets a connection right in the wireless communication device and controls the wireless communication device to perform the communication processing with the information processing system by connecting to a predetermined network on the basis of the set connection right. The connection right is a right to connect to the predetermined network by using wireless communication.
